# INO — Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds will work on the INO US Site (https://www.weareino.com). Please note: the US Site is currently informational and does not yet sell products. This policy is forward-looking and will apply once purchasing becomes available on the Site.

## A note on your rights

US federal law does not give you an automatic "cooling-off" right to cancel online orders. The FTC's Cooling-Off Rule only covers sales made at your home, your workplace, or a seller's temporary location — it does not apply to orders placed online, by mail, or by telephone. This means the return window described below is INO's own business policy, offered to you voluntarily.

## Return window

When purchasing becomes available, INO will accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, send written notice to weareino.usa@gmail.com, or use the return/cancellation form linked in the Site footer.

## Refund conditions

A refund depends on the product being returned unused and in its original packaging within the 14-day return window. Once we receive and confirm the returned product meets these conditions, your refund will be processed.

## Return shipping and restocking

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the return is due to an INO error or a defective product — in those cases, INO covers the return shipping.

INO does not charge a restocking fee.

## Shipping fees

Outbound and return shipping fees are not part of the product price and are not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to an INO error or a defective product.

## Cancellations by INO

INO may cancel any sale or order at any time and refund any amounts you have paid. This may happen, for example, in the case of a stock or display error, an inability to verify payment, or suspected fraud or misuse.

## A note for California and New York customers

Some states, including California and New York, require sellers to post their return policy conspicuously. In California, if a seller does not conspicuously post a return policy that is more restrictive than a 7-day full cash or credit refund (or equal exchange), the buyer may have a 30-day full-refund right. INO posts this policy conspicuously and will honor it as stated.
