# Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 15, 2026

INO ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and older adults. We want everyone who visits our site to be able to find information and navigate easily, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

This statement explains the steps we take to support accessibility, the standard we aim to meet, the current state of our site, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.

This statement applies to our U.S. website, www.weareino.com. The site is intended for users in the United States and is not directed to the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom.

## Our Commitment Under U.S. Law

We seek to provide an accessible experience consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including Title III, which addresses access to the goods and services of businesses that serve the public. There is currently no single, government-issued technical checklist that private businesses must follow under Title III. The U.S. Department of Justice has stated that businesses have flexibility in how they meet the ADA's general requirements of nondiscrimination and effective communication, and it points to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as helpful guidance.

WCAG is widely treated as the practical benchmark — it is referenced in DOJ guidance and enforcement actions and is commonly applied by U.S. courts in website-accessibility cases — even though there is no DOJ regulation requiring it of private businesses. For this reason, we use WCAG as our practical standard. (Source: ADA.gov, Guidance on Web Accessibility and the ADA, https://www.ada.gov/resources/web-guidance/.)

## Conformance Target

We strive to conform to the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA**.

WCAG defines how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. "Level AA" is the conformance level most commonly referenced by U.S. courts and in U.S. Department of Justice settlements. A newer version of the guidelines, **WCAG 2.2**, has also been published (and was adopted as an international standard, ISO/IEC 40500:2025, in October 2025); it adds further criteria covering keyboard navigation, focus visibility, touch-target size, and easier authentication. WCAG 2.2 builds on WCAG 2.1, so a site that meets 2.2 is at least as accessible as one that meets 2.1.

We describe this as a goal we **strive** to meet. We do not claim that our website is "fully accessible," "fully ADA compliant," or "100% WCAG compliant." Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and there is no government certification for it. We work continuously to identify and fix barriers.

## Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

We work to support accessibility in the following ways. These describe the goals we aim for; they are not a guarantee that every feature has been verified, and we continue to test and improve:

- **Semantic structure** — we work to use meaningful page structure (headings, landmarks, and labels) so that assistive technologies such as screen readers can interpret and announce content more reliably.
- **Keyboard operability** — we aim to make core functions operable with a keyboard, including using arrow keys to move through menus, Enter to activate items, and Esc to close menus and pop-up windows.
- **Screen-reader compatibility** — we aim for compatibility with common screen readers, such as NVDA (free, for Windows), VoiceOver (built into Apple devices), and JAWS (for Windows).
- **Responsive and mobile support** — we aim for the site to adapt to different screen sizes and to support use on smartphones and tablets.
- **Common browsers** — we aim for the site to work with current, widely used web browsers together with assistive technology.

## Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address known issues and will update this list as we learn more.

No accessibility barriers have been identified at this time; we will update this statement if any are found.

## Technical Information

This website relies on the following technologies to work with the combinations of web browser and assistive technologies on your device: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. The site works best with a current web browser and, where used, up-to-date assistive technology.

## Current Stage of Our U.S. Website

This statement covers our U.S. website only. At this stage the site is an informational ("brochure") website: it provides information about INO and our products, but it does not sell products and does not collect email sign-ups. There is no mailing list and no visitor form to submit. The only data the site processes is what the website platform sets automatically — essential cookies needed to make the site work and stay secure, and basic first-party website analytics (such as aggregate page views and general traffic). Online purchasing, and the pages and processes that go with it (such as checkout), will be added later. As we add those features, we will continue to apply the accessibility measures described in this statement and will review and update this statement accordingly.

## Feedback and How to Contact Us

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter any barrier to using our website, or if you have a suggestion for how we can improve, please let us know — we want to hear from you and we will do our best to help.

Please contact our accessibility coordinator:

- **Accessibility Coordinator:** Yair Ohayon
- **Email:** weareino.usa@gmail.com
- **Phone:** ____________

We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within **5 business days**.

When you contact us, it helps to tell us the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.

## Assessment and Review

We assess accessibility through ongoing self-evaluation as the site changes.

We review and update this statement periodically and as our website changes.
